MY BROTHER BRUCE JASPER WAS ON DIALYSIS FOR 8 YEARS AND PASSED AWAY ON NOVEMBER 30TH 2014.

MY FAMILY DID NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE FROM THE UNIT ABOUT MY BROTHERS PASSING.

YOU WOULD THINK THAT DAVITA WOULD SEND A CARD TO THE FAMILY OR EMAIL ME.

I HAVE EMAILED THEM IN THE PAST FOR THINGS IN REGARDS TO MY BROTHER SO THEY DO HAVE THE

EMAIL ADDRESS.

I COULDNT BELIEVE THAT- MAYBE I AM WRONG TO THINK THAT THE FAUCITY WOULD REACH OUT TO

HIS SONS OR MYSELF.

FAMILY WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

BRUCE ALWAYS FELT HE WAS JUST A NUMBER SO MAYBE HE WAS.

SAD BUT TRUE.

DaVita does not care about the patient, they care about the money they are getting from Medicare

while agree with your post about not sending a card or anything, we always do that at our clinic with patients that pass!!! and nik as for davita not caring about anything but getting money from medicare, your wrong there, medicare pays almost nothing lol private insurance is the only way we make money!

not medicare and government patients, you act like techs should work for free ! some of us are very hard workers, infact before i left , i had people lined up to get in my section.

they were so pissed they couldnt! because they knew that i took care of them and did my job!

That's interesting considering the other cases, go digging, that were showing how they took advantage of up charging Medicare by wasting vials of iron by taking a little from each bottle to charge for three in order to get 100cc from each. You think the DOJ has forgotten about the clients, we'll they have not.

They taking one step at a time and waiting for the class action that needs to be initiated from patients in which you will find that Corporate will blame the staff and individual managers who were directed by doctors as blame. Notice they protected the doctors so that you are an ignorant employee that needs protected so that the patients can lead you all to join as victims of your leadership and misleading and bad practices too in order to also see you have been duped by being a sheep as the doctors we're at one time. All the herd can be helped if they take their pride and focus on what role they played and how patients and families are victims as much as the lower staff who just do not understand that they have to get with those lawyers who will represent you all for the last parties who have been left behind. Stop being part of the dog and pony show defending your job.

They did not defend their employees. They only defended their CEO as not directly profiting from basically claiming all you employees and doctors made your own wrongs.

But the cases brought proves where you all stand and having standing in the right manner is what you need to join together in and the government lawyers won't help you until you start action for yourselves. They can't do anymore than the signals they put put by chopping from the top to throw up a flare waiting for you Guys to wake up and see to take action.
