Waited 20 minutes listening to their recorded message when inquiring on a Dr.'s location for an appointment same morning. The receptionist that answered said that the phones had been down.

I questioned, why then, was the recorded message played if the phones were down. She answered that she was not responsible to answer that question. She did give the location of the Dr.'s office, but would not allow me to file a complaint or locate the proper contact to file a complaint.

I will probably need to make a trip to the company in order to do that. We're not willing to wait another half-hour when calling back again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
